I used to look down on people who went to church simply to socialize. I would say that they were placing their friends above Christ. Now I realize I was wrong. I see now that that is what the church was created for. But we have lost the meaning of the church in tradition. The body of Christ is buried in form and fashion.
Well, in the immortal words of Norma Jean, “Christ is not fashion.”
